Your work won’t always speak for itself—sometimes you have to speak up, too.

I’ve always believed the world is wide open—full of possibility, ideas, and people who are capable of incredible things. And honestly? I still believe it.

I know what it’s like to push for something bigger, to step into spaces that feel a little too big, and to wonder, Who am I to do this? But I also know that shrinking back isn’t the answer. The people who land the big opportunities aren’t always the most talented—they’re the ones who have the audacity to claim their space.

I’ve been on both sides of the personal branding equation. I’ve built businesses, authored books you could find on the shelves of Barnes & Noble, and navigated the messy, often exhausting work of becoming publicly known. I know what it feels like to wrestle with visibility—to balance wanting to be recognized for your expertise while resisting the pressure to perform online.

The way I look at my work now is that none of this needs to be about flashy promotion or being some kind of influerncer guru. It’s more about positioning people—the real deal, the ones who should be leading the conversation—as the obvious choice.

The Quick Hits:

  • I like my water fizzy and my coffee black (and iced!).

  • Let me thrown on a blazer and I can take over the world.

  • I wanted to be an astronaut as a kid, and I’m still crazy about the idea of pioneering.

  • I’m an Enneagram 3, an ENFP, and my StrengthsFinder tells me I’m all about ideas, strategy, and action.

More than anything, I believe in seeing people—really seeing them. I believe in the spark of a great idea and the magic of the right person in the right place at the right time. And I believe that positioning yourself well isn’t about being the loudest—it’s about being undeniable.

If you’re stepping into something bigger and need to take up the space you’ve earned, I promise I'll help you find your voice, make sure you look great, and find you a seat at the table.
